

Submission Requirements
Each entry must include the following:
- The name of the highlighted Individual
- Their Credit Union affiliation and CU email address
- Their associated 501(c)(3) Charity Organization name
- A brief summary of the activities and story behind the nominated individual’s efforts to benefit their chosen organization.
- One or more images, or a short video illustrating their efforts.
Rules for Entry
- Nominated individuals must be current employees of a credit union or of Xpress Data, Inc. The credit union itself cannot be nominated, as the focus of this event is to highlight individuals and their efforts to further a charitable cause. Limit, one submission per nominee.
- Nominees must enter a valid email address with a credit union email domain.
- The charitable cause must be a 501(c)(3) charity in order to allow distribution of the award. Qualifying 501(c)(3) charities must also have a website or direct method of donating any awarded funds.
- Highlighted activities must have taken place after November 01, 2024, or be in progress during the entry acceptance period.
- Entries will be accepted from April 01, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
- The awards will consist of 30 individual awards of $1,000 each, donated directly to the designated 501(c)(3) charity, in the name of the nominated individual.
- At the end of the entry period, if entries exceed 30 in total number, the 30 awards will be selected at random from the total pool of entries.
- All nominations will be displayed on the xdi.com website. By submitting a nomination and materials, the nominee provides permission to display these materials on xdi.com, through social media, and within materials promoting the “30 Acts of Kindness” event.
