One of XDI’s cores values is “giving back” and it is one we honor throughout the year. The holiday season is a time that presents the team with unique opportunities to support the food insecure. Recently our XDI team collected canned food items and toys to benefit the needy in both the San Diego and Charlotte communities. Together both facilities donated over 500 lbs of goods to the Salvation Army℠ and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
In addition to providing goods, employees volunteered their time at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in San Diego and the Salvation Army Christmas Store in Charlotte. Both activities helped provide support to local families by prepping their Christmas Stores and boxing donated canned goods. XDI’s spirit of generosity is evident in our team members who proudly embrace the Credit Union philosophy of “People Helping People.”
