Xpress Data, Inc. has developed a powerful electronic document presentation and repository platform to complement our flagship XpressNotice™ document composition, printing and mailing services for the credit union industry. Our eXpressServices™ can help you introduce electronic delivery options for your traditional member communications with:
  • eXpressNotices, eXpressTax, eXpressStatements and other document types created by XDI from client-supplied data streams consistently rendered in PDF format, hosted securely at XDI production facilities and served up on demand to credit union members via the internet.
  • Full integration to your internet banking platform using Single Sign On (SSO) technology to redirect authenticated credit union members who have opted in for electronic documents to XDI servers via industry-standard SSL / HTTPS protocol. Our data exchange interface allows you to customize home banking with details about notices that await your members, including on-line prompts about member email address problems.
  • No extra work or significant changes required when you submit files to XDI for processing - for electronic delivery, traditional print and mail or both.
  • XDI-generated email invitations to view, always customized and branded to your specifications, to alert your members when electronic documents are available to retrieve at their familiar home banking website.
  • Specific print & mail follow-on actions that communicate with members who are temporarily unable to receive an email invitation or who fail to retrieve an important notice. This added service is designed to help credit unions improve email address hygiene and encourage members to view their electronic documents.
  • Customized electronic presentation - documents delivered on the internet portal can be accompanied by ancillary content with your branding and to your specifications. FAQ pages, marketing banners and graphic illustrations and informational text can all be included.
  • A document portal and invitation to view emails that always come with your credit union’s trade dress (logos, colors, layout). XDI provides members with communications that appear to come directly from your credit union.
  • Control over the length of time each document type can remain available for member access via the web portal. Up to two years of storage and secure member access are included in the service for all documents. Extended storage and member access are also readily available at XDI.
  • Widely accepted, industry-standard security practices that inspire confidence in the XDI web portal. We have contracted for SAS70 audit services since 2005. Most recently, our production facilities and secure portal infrastructure successfully completed the first in a series of annual SAS70 Type 2 audits.
  • An XDI document repository and member access platform that is backed up daily, using managed facilities sited outside California with redundant hardware, power and internet connectivity.
  • Special features and full reporting for eXpressServices, including an intuitive administrative console to control portal content and functions. XDI Client Support representatives are also available for complete turnkey services.
  • Good news in the fine print: the base price for our eXpressNotice service is identical to the item charges for composition, parsing and printing of the traditional paper documents that XDI handles for your credit union. Significant client savings can be achieved by eliminating all of your postage and envelope costs.
